Art in the Pearl Fine Arts & Crafts Festival is a juried outdoor arts-and-crafts event held in Portland’s Pearl District along the Northwest Park Blocks. The festival brings together more than 120 juried artists from across North America to exhibit fine art, handmade crafts, and live demonstrations, alongside stage entertainment and family-friendly activities. It is widely regarded as one of the Northwest’s premier arts-and-crafts festivals, drawing large crowds to the Pearl District each year.
